A prestigious and significant Foreign Pension Fund, seeks an Associate to Senior Associate level Candidate for their Office in Brazil. 

Responsabilidades de Trabalho

• Monitor stocks, update events and follow capital appreciations, related news and macroeconomic changes that may affect the performance of the companies and sectors under coverage.

• Develop investment models, generate reports and presentations to make investment recommendations.

• Analyze initial stock offerings, bond issues, corporate restructurings, and capital increases.

• Prepare and present during investment committees.

• Make presentations of the companies under coverage and their industries to Portfolio Managers.

• Provide information for global analysis of investment oportunitities.

• Develop a network of contacts with companies and the international financial community.

• Organize and participate in meetings with companies of the industries covered.

• Support Portfolio Managers and the team in customer service.

• Prepare and present fund management presentations for clients.

• Leads Analyst / Intern in charge of achieving results, supporting and guiding them in prioritizing tasks and executing them.

• Audits, improves and streamlines Analyst / Intern models.

• Provides feedback on Analyst / Intern strengths and improvement aspects and supports their development.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years experience minimum in either PE or M&A needed.

• Fluent Portuguese preferred. Fluency in English.

• Competitive Compensation - Base salary Bonus Benefits. Some travel may be required.
