DRACO CAPITAL is a Latin American independent investment manager with offices in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires (Argentina) and the World Trade Center in Montevideo (Uruguay) with R$ 800m AUM in an absolute return fund that was launched at the beginning of 2020 and has a brilliant investment performance since inception. The job position is based in São Paulo. We are looking for a semi-senior or senior analyst to form part of our Research team. Compensation package is excellent.

Responsabilidades de Trabalho

• Work independently doing fundamental analysis of LatAm companies for equity (mainly) and corporate debt investments in many different sectors;

• Develop financial models to estimate future cash flows;

• Use of traditional equity valuation techniques;

• Interact with top management of companies under analysis and sell-side analysts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years of work experience analyzing Brazilian equities (buy-side or sell-side);

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or other quantitative discipline; CFA designation is a clear plus;

• Must be fluent in English;

• Strong financial modelling skills;

• Team work;

• Entrepreneurial spirit.
