Responsabilidades de Trabalho

We are looking for someone who loves client success and has an interest in a more sustainable global economy. WeESG is looking for its first Client Success Manager, to help some of the largest financial companies as they make their sustainability transitions.

• Become the trusted go-to person for existing clients and distributors.
• Actively develop a pipeline of new clients, together with WeESG’s Partners.
• Turn WeESG’s business development into a well-oiled machine, by helping to refine and deliver an existing plan to automate as much of the process as possible.
• Identify new client demands and co-develop offerings with the content development team.
• Contribute to marketing, social media, and corporate branding.

Qualificações

• Has some knowledge of finance (though you will learn a lot about this exciting topic on the job!)
• Loves client work and is good at it; self-organised, professional and personable.
• Strong at improving existing processes and building new processes that increase efficiency.
• Enjoys communicating and is good at it. Can identify who needs to know what and when.
• Has a terrier’s instinct for scoping client needs and securing commercial opportunities.
• Comfortable using digital tools.
• Excellent grasp of English language (additional languages a plus)
• Has some understanding of corporate sustainability, finance and/or education.

BONUS POINTS (but not ‘must haves’)

• Knowledge about sustainability or sustainable finance
• Experience in the financial sector (asset management, banking, or insurance)
• Proximity to our core distributors.

PRACTICALITIES

• This role will initially be part-time, with expectations that it would grow into a full-time position.
• Remote, working with a team of colleagues across four continents
