Senior Equity Analyst – Buy Side

DRACO CAPITAL is a Latin American independent investment manager with offices in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires (Argentina) and the World Trade Center in Montevideo (Uruguay) with R$ 800m AUM in an absolute return fund that was launched at the beginning of 2020 and has a brilliant investment performance since inception. The job position could be based in São Paulo or Buenos Aires at the analyst’s choice. We are looking for a semi-senior or senior analyst to form part of our Research team. Compensation package is excellent.

Responsabilidades de Trabalho

• Work independently doing fundamental analysis of LatAm companies for equity investments in different sectors both in public and private markets, including some venture capital opportunities in the technology space;
• Develop financial models to estimate future cash flows;
• Use of traditional equity valuation techniques;
• Interact with top management of companies under analysis and sell-side analysts;

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of work experience analyzing equities (buy-side or sell-side);
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or other quantitative discipline; CFA designation is a clear plus;
• Must be fluent in English;
• Strong financial modelling skills;
• Team work;
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
