John L. Bowman, CFA

John serves as Senior Managing Director for the CAIA Association, overseeing the industry leading CAIA charter as well as stewarding CAIA's global growth aspirations.  John has devoted over 20 years to the asset management industry to recover the narrative of the value that the investment profession bring to society.

Flavio Cagno, CFA, CAIA

Flavio joined Kinea Investimentos in 2012 and is responsible for managing the firm’s real estate debt funds (Approx. AUM BRL 10bn). In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the origination, underwriting, structuring and monitoring duties of commercial real estate debt deals.Sócio da BLP Gestora, Axel compõe o time de gestão dos fundos de cripto moedas. Se envolveu com ativos digitais no início de 2016 após mais de 24 anos na indústria financeira onde trabalhou no Banco ABN, Banco Garantia, Banco Santander e Banco BTG Pactual onde foi o responsável pela área de Tesouraria do grupo. Atua como advisor para uma série de empresas start ups em tecnologia onde também é investidor. Formado em economia pelo Babson College de Boston com extensão em finanças e investimentos. Recentemente terminou os cursos de Venture Capital da UC Berkeley e o Executive Program da Singularity University.
