Felipe Saboya
Executive Manager for Institutional Relations at Ethos
Graduated in industrial Engineering, with M.A. in Globalization and Public Policies by the University of Kassel, Germany. Felipe has been working in Civil Society Organizations since 2002. He was the Technical Coordinator of Social Observatory Institute, focused on research about working conditions on Multinational Corporations. Felipe works at Ethos Institute since 2011, the largest CSO focused on mobilizing companies to the sustainability agenda, covering topics like ethics and integrity, human rights and climate change. He was firstly National Coordinator of Clean Games project, and now works as the Executive Manager for Institutional Relations.
Isabella Saboya de Albuquerque
Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors at IBGC
Isabella Saboya is a recently elected member of the Board of Directors of Vale and also a Board Member at Wiz Soluções since 2015. She is vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of IBGC, a non-profit institution and she was the rapporteur of Amec’s Stewardship Code (2016). Formerly, she served as a member of the Board of Directors and coordinator of the Audit Committee of Br Malls (2016/17) and Fiscal Board member of Mills S.A. (2016). She was a partner at Jardim Botanico Investimentos (2009/15) and Investidor Profissional (2001/09), both value-driven asset managers. In 2000 and 2001, Mrs. Saboya was an adviser to the CVM Chairman, having participated in the formulation of the Corporate Law (Lei das S.A.) Reform Project, the GTMC (Capital Markets Working Group) and the formulation of a Code of Corporate Governance launched by CVM. Head of the equity research department of Banco Icatu (1999-2000) and senior equity analyst at Banco Icatu (1995-2000). She graduated in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC-RJ (1993) and is CFA since 2000 and also certified Board Member by the IBGC (2015).
Natalia Kerkis
Head of the Equity Research Team at Bradesco
Natalia Kerkis is the head of the equity reserach team. She has worked in the industry since 2001. Prior to joining Bradesco in 2016 as part of the acquisition of HSBC Brazil, she was a Latin equity PM at HSBC Asset Management for 7 years. Before that, she was a sell-side equity analyst at both HSBC and Unibanco in Brazil. Ms.Kerkis earned a BA in Economics from the Novosibirsk State University (Russia) in 1998 and an MA in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo in 2004.
