Luis Stuhlberger
Gestor da Verde Asset Management
Started his career in 1981 as a future market and commodities trader at Hedging - Griffo. Five years later, in the same company, he became director of the brokerage firm and structured the area of fund management. In 1997 he launched the Fundo Verde - one of the largest and oldest hedge funds in Brazil - of which he is manager until today. From 2007 until the end of 2014 he was the director responsible for the CSHG management team. On January 1, 2015 he founded Verde Asset Management, a company of which he is CEO and CIO.
Tony Volpon
Economista Chefe na UBS
Was a Director of the Banco Central do Brasil (BACEN) and a member of the Monetary Policy Committee (Copom). He was a member of several international committees (G20 delegate and the BIS Global Market and Financial System Committees). Prior to the Banco Central do Brasil, Tony was the Managing Director of Nomura Securities (2009-2015). In 2004 to 2009, he was Head of Strategy and the team of economists at CM Capital Markets. Tony began his career as an external debt trader (Brady Bonds) and FX.
Rafael Guedes
Managing Director
Rafael Guedes is Fitch Ratings’ Country Business Leader for Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. Rafael is responsible for managing and overseeing Fitch´s operations in these countries. Prior to joining Fitch in 1999, Rafael worked for nine years for UBS both in Zurich and in the São Paulo Representative Office as the deputy representative. Rafael earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica/ PUC-Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and a MS in Betriebswissenschaft from the ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
